What are Santa Tom’s rates

• discounted rates for churches schools and libraries and enquire at 905-988-8648
• full rates for home visits corporate parties commercial events photo sessions meals with Santa etcetera please enquire.
• all fees are due at Santa’s appearance and are payable by cash or check only
• rates for all day events are negotiable
• all appearances beyond a 25 kilometer radius of Saint Catharines will require a rate adjustment
• a contractual agreement and a 50% deposit may be required to book Santa Tom for your event
• Santa Tom donates his time to as many charities and community events as his schedule will allow

How can I prepare for a Santa Tom visit?

• Book Santa Tom for your event as far as possible in advance
• Santa Tom will talk with you personally when scheduling your event
• Inform Santa Tom of any special guests or special needs that may require additional preparation
• Santa Tom will call you when he is on route to your event
• Have a convenient parking place reserved for Santa Tom near the entrance to your event
• Have someone greet Santa Tom at the entrance and escort him to the party area
• If Santa Tom is to distribute presents each gift should be properly wrapped with the recipients name printed in bold letters.
• If there is a difficult name to pronounce consider having a helping elf.
• If you plan to take photos have a large chair or settee for Santa Tom sitting in front of an appropriate Christmas backdrop
